"They did what we were told couldn't be done. Our Electrolux washing machine door latch broke AGAIN, but this time out of warranty. Warranty company told us no one here serviced them and quoted what felt was an exorbitant price to do what seemed a relatively easy fix. Contacted these guys. Not only did they beat the price over the phone, but gave another discount so was 2/3 the cost, even with a part miscommunication that I was sure would add at least another day. Nope! Paul was fast, efficient, and VERY pleasant and professional. We'll be using these guys again!"

He explained what he was doing and why. Best part, he didn't try and sell me things I didn't need, like every other company has in the past.
